2. Engineering Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability All services provided by Moosa Solutions are strictly for decision-support and auditing purposes. While every Non-Compliance Report (NCR) and calculation is vetted by a senior human expert (Meysam Moosaeifar), our deliverables do not replace the professional judgment, final approval, or legal liability of the client’s internal Engineers of Record (EoR). Moosa Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the implementation of our audits or recommendations in heavy industrial environments (Oil, Gas, Steel, etc.).

3. Data Security & Air-Gapped Processing We operate on a 100% offline, air-gapped processing model for proprietary engineering data. Any sensitive project files, blueprints, or vendor datasheets provided for audits are processed locally and are not uploaded to this website or any external cloud service.
